Nature of Goods: "Products are 3D printed. Small surface variations or 'layer lines' are a natural part of the fabrication process and are not considered defects."

Usage: "SinTins are intended for storage of non-regulated items. Not food safe unless explicitly stated."

Shipping: "We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, but we will assist in tracking lost packages."

Returns: Since these are often custom/made-to-order, many fabricators specify "No returns on custom color combinations," or a "14-day window for defects."
